Scalability Begins With Scala

Today, while working on some new additions to the Scala web site, I realized that "Scalability" begins with "Scala". You, like me, know how some seemingly trivial coincidence can set in motion a whirlwind of thoughts and ideas. And the more you think about this phrase like I just did, the more you can see how true it really is!

Scala InfoChannel is known in the industry for its rock-solid performance, 24/7 reliability, and un-believable scalability from one player all the way to networks of thousands of digital signs or kiosks.

The current generation product, InfoChannel 5, introduces Content Manager into the mix which brings Scala digital signage scalability to new heights.

But don't take my word for it. Check out these resources on our site to learn how, if you want scalability in your network, then you must begin with Scala.

Steve,

Is any of Scala's demo content available online, or is it preferred to just request the DVD?

FYI, I'm particularly interested in learning more about the in-store offerings.

cheers,

Hi David,
There is a good amount of demo material on the Scala site but I highly recommend getting the demo DVD. It has a huge amount of information and demo content all wrapped up in a neat little package. Currently the demo DVD features InfoChannel 3 but an InfoChannel 5 demo DVD will be available in the not-too-distant future.

I encourage requesting the current DVD now rather than waiting; the information is very good: http://www.scala.com/demodvd/

For online information, you can play some streaming videos right on the home page: http://www.scala.com/

We also have some (InfoChannel 3) demo downloads here: http://www.scala.com/downloads/index.html

If you have any questions, contact me at steve.elsner _at_ scala.com and I'll make sure you get what you need.

Regards,
Steve Elsner

Thanks, Steve, for your prompt response. I'll visit the online content, and request the DVD.
